Penn St. entered the poll for the first time in probably a LONG time this week at #25. Blink and you'll miss it. They got clobbered by West Virginia by 18 tonight. The 'Neers are quietly 8-0.

I don't know who it will be, but it can't possibly be Nix now can it? Lost twice to Washington. There's just no way you can give the nod to Nix over Penix (not saying he will win either) when UW beat them twice this year and are still undefeated.

In D1 athletics, we currently have men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, baseball, softball, women's soccer and it looks like men's soccer in a very limited basis, all happening simultaneously. That's a lot of sports! What a strange last 11 months it's been.
