Saw Caroline Azzi and Amari at the ND game. Azzi is taller then me and Im 5'10 and Caroline is taller then Azzi and Amari well is really tall 6'5 6'6. Now we wait for Azzi. I like our chances alot. Shes been to alot of UConn games and many with Paige. She wants to win a NC and to guarantee it a commitment to UConn would be all she needs. One other point. UConn is so talented for the next 6+ years its going to be very difficult for them to loose. IMO the only way they can loose is to beat themselves.

I am thinking we are going to have a very short bench problem in a few years. 15 players plus coaches and only a 20 foot bench to sit on.

Can we loan some players out to Bruno?

Must be sticking needles in his UConn doll.

So, this is great. But does that mean we are out of it for Azzi? Unless I'm mistaken, Caroline becomes number 13 player for 21-22. That maxes out our scholarships.

Through the years UConn has had some great shooters and some great shooting teams. But when you contemplate all the great shooters that UConn will have on the same roster over the next few years, even before we know about Azzi, who is possibly the best shooter I’ve ever seen in HS, I have no idea how teams will be able to defend the Huskies.

UConn can simply spread the floor and let Paige or Nika penetrate and kick the ball out to open teammates at the arc. With a roster that will include sharpshooters like Christyn, Anna, Nika, Saylor, Caroline and hopefully Azzi, along with players who can finish at the rim like Liv, Aubrey, Aaliyah, Mir, Amari and Piath once she figures things out, Paige might just set the all time NCAA record for assists.

It is a beautiful thing when a young lady can redirect our attentions from the endless search for toilet paper to the pure joy of being a fan of UConn WBB.

Thank you Caroline for the welcome diversion you have provided to all of us here on the BY.

I am guessing Caroline may have connections for Tyler Phommachanh too. First Azzi than Tyler Phommachanh :)

Saylor getting the headsup from Caroline

“Caroline called me (Thursday) and we would always talk about the recruiting process and how her experience was,” Poffenbarger said. “When she told me she had committed, I was excited and we talked about being teammates and how much fun that is going to be. It still hasn’t hit me that it’s going to happen.”

It's always a great thing when young people are able to, through hardwork and dedication, actualize their childhood dreams like Caroline just did. Cant wait to watch your growth and evolution as a player and human being for what will hopefully be some of the greatest, most fulfilling years of your young life.

Loved this video and getting very excited on her signing (hope I see a message soon from her and not just her coach). She is constantly moving and likes and initiates contact. Having multiple high basketball IQ guards reminds me of UConn of past.
I need to find her videos and look for evidence that she can use her left hand.

Blue Star has 3 of the top 10 commit to UConn.
