What's the decade range? Because if basketball and including mens/womens, I'd go:
Arkansas
Duke
UNC
Kentucky
Kansas
Indiana
UCLA

If you need to get one of your first five choices for head coach to accept in order to be considered a Blue Blood, then Kentucky is not a Blue Blood.

Indiana? Even Bird turned them down during their hey-day in the 70s.

Larry Bird actually started at IU but left in his first month there and ended up at Indiana St. I believe more about culture fit or lack thereof and not Knight that caused him to transfer.
