Trying to set up a family gathering and need some suggestions. It would be best if the place were centrally located.

Pepe’s, but some people swear by Sally’s or Modern. Hope that helps!
Buffet or Brunch? Or both?
Lol, duly noted.Read the title counselor.
Hmm, the Rutgers trophy case?I'm not sure there's anything sadder than a buffet.
It depends. Are there hungry young males in the group? They love buffets. And how good is the buffet? I have never found this place's Sunday buffets to be sad:I'm not sure there's anything sadder than a buffet.
The Water's Edge brunch buffet is unreal. That's the answer right there.Waters edge in Westbrook
It's exactly what you're looking for

Brunch and buffets suck, they tend to be one in the same and then it's a whole bunch of suck.I'm not sure there's anything sadder than a buffet.
If I'm going out to eat the last thing I want is lukewarm food that's been sitting in a warming tray that other people have been serving themselves out of.Brunch and buffets suck, they tend to be one in the same and then it's a whole bunch of suck.
Tell me more- called and made a reservation for mother’s day.Whatever you do - don’t go to River in Wethersfield. The chili is good - everything else is a complete disaster.

Only on the boneyard can a simple request for brunch recommendations end in people saying all buffets suck.
Dakota is good as far as location goes and the selection is decent. Also found a place down in Seymour called something like The 1794 House. Dakota sounds better. I may still go with a traditional dinner at an Italian restaurant. I know one run by a friend and one owned by extended family. It is a college graduation celebration and I thought the kids would like a buffet.I would have said Adams Mill but they just closed.
Dakota is right off I-91 Exit 24. They claim to be award-winning.
