Some background... Played a lot of tennis in my younger years, though haven't been on the court since probably 1999. Watching Wimbledon and the US Open over the summer got me thinking of going out and hitting some balls. Unfortunately with age, I've slowed down a bit.. picked a few pounds plus I have some rotator cuff problems and a questionable right elbow.
Thought maybe picking up pickleball might be an alternative for me. For those who have played both tennis and pickleball, is it hard to break your tennis habits and do your tennis skills translate on the pickleball court?
