I can't be the only one that watched Houston - WVU game. What an ending. 15 yard penalty for WVU QB unsportsmanlike penalty after touchdown (like Rosa) gave Houston a shot (but like a 1 in 1,000). 12 seconds and Houston scores a touchdown to win after giving up a 50 yard touchdown with 12 seconds to go to fall behind WVU and surely lose. Announcers said if Houston lost it would be Holgorsen's job, what a 12 seconds it must have been for him.

Stanford - Colorado game getting close as Stanford just scored in the 4th to get within one score. Its funny seeing Deion on the sidelines with vest and gloves and obviously freezing next to a young man in tee shirt.

Unbelievable catch by Stanford’s Ayomanor off Travis Hunter’s helmet. Tied at end of 1st OT. Stanford wins on FG in second OT after interception of Sanders. Stanford was down 29-0

These insanely late Colorado games deliver. This has to be the most hyped 4-3 team I can remember.

I agree. What a comeback by Stanford after Colorado's usual offensive fireworks. Elic Ayomanor caught 13 passes for 294 yards and three touchdowns. He gave credit to the team in his postgame interview mentioning the OLine and QB.

This team is mostly a media creation. Can you believe that people were wondering if they should be a playoff team? They can’t even beat a tree.

I’m really enjoying the success Nate Carter is having at MSU. He’s their #1 back and he’s crushing it.

While the PAC is probably the strongest conference this year, I have a feeling their swan song is going to be like all their others.

Washington’s remaining sked includes Oregon, Ore St, Wazzu, Utah, and USC — a combined record of 24-3.

Ditto Oregon.

USC has wash ore Utah ucla plus ND.

Hard for anyone to go undefeated against that, not to mention the PAC title game.

JMU is pretty impressive. It's a shame they're bowl ineligible. It's only Air Force, Liberty and JMU that are still undefeated in the G5. I'd wager JMU could beat either of them, so it's possible the best G5 team won't be represented in the CFP.

Some of ya'll gotta be watching Washington-Oregon, right? Pretty much as expected, both D's struggling to contain the opposing offense. UW first team to get a 2 score lead. Interesting contrast between the QBs. Both are good, but Penix ability to throw the deep ball makes him head and shoulders better IMO.

Lanning has rolled the dice twice going for it on 4th down in the red zone, and has 0 points to show for it. If UW can drive and score again (which they have almost every possession), suddenly this game is starting to get away from the Quacks.

There's a lot of schools and administrations that are passionate about being good at football, not all of them are. is hard.

So much for that. 3 and out for the Dawgs and Ducks score quickly. If they'd taken the 6 points on chip shot FGs, they'd be ahead right now.

Wow. Suddenly Penix can't throw worth a darn, 2 straight 3 and outs and Oregon has all the momentum. This changed in a hurry after UW got a 4th down stop and up 11.

As it currently stands, Penn State has more points (63) than UMass has yards (61). UMass may be a struggling program, but they don’t deserve that kind of beatdown.

3 times a team comes up empty on 4th down in the red zone. This time it was UW. Game over. Down 4, they absolutely can't stop Oregon's O. Penix is beat up, trying to gut it out but he's not himself out there. Husky coaching staff gets an F for the second half.

edit--UW had 2nd and goal from about the 1 inch line and couldn't punch it in; you deserve to lose if you do that
