Castle is the best on ball defender UConn has had in a long time. Andre was awesome but way overeager sometimes. Castle just locks down and knows when to be aggressive. I can’t remember a guard who played better defense on the team since…Boat?

Newton with another Triple Double and yet Cam is the player of the game. Our offense was sputtering and he put the team on his back and made clutch shots one after another. Terrific defense all around and it seemed like we dominated the boards in the 2nd half. Alex was off again, but he did defend well all game. Donovan with a solid workmanlike game. Controlled the paint and forced Dixon to work outside.

Tristen with 16 rebounds is insane, that's totally nuts from a college point guard. Nice to see AK finally knock it down to get Tristen the triple double. These guys love seeing one another succeed more than themselves succeeding. It makes for a special team.

We didn't even play well and won by 24, it shows how good we are and how bad Nova is. Nova really needs to fire Neptune, he has no clue what he's doing.

Cam made all the scoring plays when we were struggling. Any opposing coach should have him as their #1 priority to stop heading into a game.

AK needs to snap out of it on offense. He played some good smart post D though.

We need Clingan out of foul trouble like tonight.

Its remarkable how much Hass has improved since last season.

Gus Johnson constantly talking about live odds/gambling during the game was gross.

He has one of the most impressive combinations of intelligence, discipline, and athleticism we've seen from a freshman, maybe ever.
