It's not about coming back and getting in a better spot. If you get first-round money, you leave. The NBA has more robust and specialized coaching, where he could improve his shot just as well as he could here.

If the NBA thinks he defense is workable, he'll go first round and leave. If they don't, he'll stay. I don't think the question is much more complicated than that, honestly.
Agree. I meant 2nd v 1st rd

I missed that. I did see he shrunk 2 inches which I guess means he better come back soon before he is under 6'0" tall in a few more weeks. LOL!

Could hurt his draft stock. Swedes have poor analytics in the league. :D

I don't understand how you can mess up information this badly. It's not even like this stuff is up for debate. He is objectively not 23, Swedish, 6'6 or a SF. Even AI would have done a better job than this and just pulled the info from ESPN or the roster website.

DC 5th to the hornets.
SC 6th to the trailblazers.
Alex 42nd to the hornets (so it looks like he's coming back).
Tristen 52nd to the warriors.
Cam 56th to the nuggets.

Just the fact that he is projected to go to the Hornets should make him want to come back. Charlotte is a career killer.

Seems like a sick joke that they would even project two of our players to go to Charlotte.

The author is definitely laughing his backside off behind the scenes.

Yeah, I kind of feel the same way about Donovan too, you know, except for that whole tens of millions of dollars thing.

The money is the difference. Unfortunately that money isn’t there for Alex.

Spurs, no matter what
Is Pop the luckiest coach on the planet?....had Robinson, who misses the 96-7season, getting Spurs #1 pick with Duncan in the draft. Duncan retires, team sucks for 3 years and he gets the #1 pick again...in a draft with Wemby. Not saying he isn't a good coach, but his good fortune is stunning

The 6'6" Swedish thing seems like a copy/paste error from Pelle Larsson, who does happen to be a 6'6" senior 23 year old Swedish SF and is next on the list.

It's been up on the internet for 4 days now. You figure whoever wrote it, or someone from BR, is aware of the error by now and could fix it.
