You need to stop doing this sales job on yourself. The Big 12 has no money to expand beyond 16 teams and is likely to get picked apart in 7 years. They have no marquee teams, no network and with 16 teams their per team payout will be less the 50 million each ACC team will get from ESPN in 2026.

Not sure about that - the Big12 is positioned to bring in a couple of teams (or even go to 20 if it makes sense because they can and perhaps need to expand to either coast) by bringing in undervalued schools that have growth potential at less than full media shares (UConn could be brought in for half price in all likelihood and then escalated over the course of the remaining media deal). If as you say above they have no marque teams, then why would they be raided??
