Somewhere BL is weeping....

I guess if a guy can't win with 10-3 team after a season and a half, he just sucks as a coach and deserves to be fired because there is no hope.

Right?

Hard to win with your 3rd string qb starting and no other scholarship qb's on the roster.

They played their 4th string QB actually - and had a LB at backup today. Came back down 13-0 and just couldn't stop a drive.

If he was still here I'm confident in saying we would be the ones going to the BCS, but whatever hope he gets fired pronto!

Btw. Obrien stinks also. Watched him choke away a game against MSU.

Was at game. Rowe made some pretty poor decisions, but for a 4th string true frosh, not bad. Diggs has speed too. Wow.

Could care less how he does at Maryland. He left.

The only question is why you obsess?

I know you don't care. That's why you opened this thread and responded.

I mean, only Randy Edsall could have UConn fans making excuses for him about his QB situation. BC lost to Army. How many starters have we lost this year? Does it matter? All that matters are wins and losses. Truth is, both UMD and UConn have regressed significantly under their current coaches.

The truth is that Maryland is not good but is improving. UConn is not good and regressing. I don't really much care if Maryland wins or loses but I can be fair to a team that is on it's fourth string QB.

Maryland is giving like 10 true freshman a lot of playing time.

Maryland is improving if you consider going from 9 wins to 2 wins to 5 wins improvement.

Yeah improving year over year. They aren't back to the last Fridgen season yet. That is what they will be though if Locksley keeps bringing in players.

he did well for us, chose to leave for some weird reason

now he has to worry about job security again, you sleep in the bed you made

I want a new bed myself, but I digress

Didn't somebody say Edsall didn't like/respect/share a vision with/get along with Hathaway? Can anybody blame Randy for not wanting to hitch his wagon to Jeff's star?

The problem with your statement is that it implies JH had a vision.

It has been stated by a few close to the situation that RE (like most of the coaches here) had no love for Hathaway.
