I find it weird to have Ray on there at all. There are 4 huge championship trophies, and the 4 guys who were the leaders of each of those teams (plus the 2 coaches). Ray just seems like a 5th wheel.

Besides the trophies, Ray is THE face of the UCONN brand. He's by far the greatest ambassador, the elder statesman of the program.

This. You just can't omit him from a poster lauding the accomplishments of the program over the years even if he didn't win a championship here. We've had a lot of great players here. Plenty have even gone on to have success in the NBA, but not one can even come close to the career that Ray has had post-UConn.

With his college career, Hen Got Game and HOF caliber NBA career and visibility, Ray Allen is easily the alumni face of our university. He never got a ring while here, but he belongs in the top 5 and is certainly worthy of a spot on that poster.

There is no way you can make everyone happy, not even with a 4 ncaa poster in the champions center. It really sucks to be us. I'll bet the Cuse poster is much better.
