A good job if the object of the game is to collect as many transfers as possible. Not so good if you are trying to build a team that has solid chemistry, is well-connected, and is greater than the sum of its parts. Fantasy sports versus the real deal.

If true, UCLA would have the 2022 class's #1 (Betts), #2 (Rice), #3 (Barker), and #6 (Gardiner) ranked recruits with 3 of those being transfers.

UCLA would be a headscratcher though IMO. You'd have a logjam at the 4 with Barker, Gardiner and Dugalic.
