After reading the Hartford Courant and doing a little investigative Googlin', I now have reason to believe that the University of Kentucky is chock-full of bloodthirsty gang members and Terrence Samuel has been sending them secret messages.

Using an Enigma machine and the German scientist I keep in the basement of my house, we now know that on Friday, Terrence sent the message, "Girls, we appear to be running low on Makers Mark."

To which, the girls responded, "Yes, we should probably knock over a liquor store as per our code as bloodthirsty gang members. Have fun in New York! xoxoxo!"

Those "hand signals" don't look good. Someone really needs to talk to the kid. Best case scenario he is shouting out his boys back home, and "b" really stands for Brooklyn. If nothing else, he should knock it off because of how it looks. The fact that he says he was "scratching his eye", makes it look worse.

I just read the article. Holy crap is Jacobs an out of touch moron. I know he loves to play the contrarian, but I think this article just proves what we've always suspected, he's just plain stupid.

I just read the article. Holy crap is Jacobs an out of touch moron. I know he loves to play the contrarian, but I think this article just proves what we've always suspected, he's just plain stupid.

Jacobs is just laying the groundwork for future column. If Samuel does anything wrong during his time at UConn, from returning a library book late to genocide, he can say he pointed out the literal warning signs in 2014, but UConn (Probably at the direction of Jim Calhoun) chose to ignore it.

This is JJ's way of saying something provocative, while claiming he's "just saying" (like Stephen Colbert). He acknowledged the need to "tread lightly" but then goes ahead and says it anyway. I don't get as worked up over his columns anymore, but this is a douchey way to do that.

I have no idea what those signals or hand signs mean and obviously Jacobs doesn't either, no matter what he infers, but the point of his article was that KO did not slap TSam upside the head as part of some discipline thing. He was heading off criticism that already was starting to be written on the incident nationally. We don't need a 10 minute CBS profile story before the game about KO abusing his players as untrue as it is. (even as players told their side that it was a game ie: nothing) Jacobs goes off the rails a lot but in this one case he was coming to KO's side and rather quickly to put this story to rest.
