JD intentionally outlined the CT border to illustrate the continuity to NYC and Yankee Stadium (if only we could find someone to play there).

His trailer was intended to informally announce that the B1G considers not only states, but places like the Rose Bowl to be "within" the B1G's territory, and that the major cities in its footprint qualify as bridges to new territories (including those north of the wall) for future conquest...
