Yes! The season is really coming!
Notre Dame at 5:15 on a Saturday at Gampel! Since I am buying tickets by game, I'm going to have to be fast when they go on sale. Can't wait!

I'm thinking about going to the Nebraska game and possibly ND.

Looks like 31 + 3 + 6 = 40 games, right?
So our winning streak should rocket into the high 70's.

You can't count the exhibition games so your math is off by two!

Jim Fuller on the South Carolina game February 8:

With all due respect to the anticipated showdowns with Notre Dame, this is the game of the year.

I'd disagree and posit 2016-17 would make for a bigger matchup between UConn and South Carolina. SC would be able to play a ton of transfers, whereas UConn would be a different team. A very good team, possibly even great, but very different. Notre Dame, meanwhile, has made the national semis every season since 2011 and the national finals four of the past five seasons. I must admit, I fear Brianna Turner. But I LOVE this UConn team for 2015-16.

I agree with Jim. As good as Turner is, ND without Loyd will not be as good as last season. Meanwhile, UConn will be going down to SC play in front of a sold-out arena against a SC team that should be ranked in the top 3. Considering the timing and atmosphere, I think that game will be the marquee game during the upcoming season.

Probably have to play South Florida twice in ten days again at the end of the season. They could threaten the top-10 this year.

Whoa! Stewie got guns! Check out that right arm biceps in the Women's BB Schedule above!! Damn!

Compare that to her skinnymalink high school days, seen here standing next to some shrimpy, grinning little kid at a McD AA game.

That stretch late November into early December will be tough and taxing. Six games in 15 days including two very tough road venues (DePaul/Tenn Chatt), Notre Dame, and the finale against FSU.

Are the exhibition games open to the general public? If so, does one need a ticket?

really need to switch conferences. that schedule really makes it clear. Only 2-3 potentially interesting games.
