Charlotte is working hard to get the United Technologies HQ. And with Connecticut's taxes and anti-business climate, they have a shot.

ESPN already has offices in Charlotte. ESPN is going nowhere. Connecticut's tax structure is excellent for movies and TV, a low tax area in a high tax state. One Connecticut's few growth areas.But that still has nothing to do with ESPN having the BE contract.
