It seems that the Courant may have quietly dropped its paywall, which means you can now read as many articles each month. Perhaps advertisers weren't reaching enough prospects?

Nope.

It still has a limit. You get a certain number free.

Makes sense. You'd have to read a lot of their articles before you find one worth paying for.

For those who want the online but don't want The Courant every day just get it thurs- Sunday. It's cheaper, you don't have to recycle as much and still get the online for every day articles with no limit.

I think the Hartford Courant is two to three years out closing the doors if things do not radically change. My neighbor was a top photographer slash editor and says the paper is the next Titanic
