Two by King Crimson. The first is the most simple-sounding, yet intricate piece of music. It sounds like there are ten guitars playing, but it's two guitars and a Chapman stick plus drums. The Stick, for those of you not familiar with it, is a loosely strung instrument that's kind of like bass and guitar put together:

"Way Back Home" is a gem of an instrumental by the Crusaders, and Wayne Henderson's introductions at the start really tell some of the backstory and tightness of this great group:
