You can go back. Do squats on a Powerplate for a couple of months 4-5 days per week. Skiing and snowboarding become easy again. Whole Body Vibration is an amazing way to fight aging in my experience. People in their 40's and 50's will feel 30. As soon as you stop, the benefits seem to disappear within a couple of weeks. Dead serious about this. Hypervibe makes a great at home machine.
