The teams that are left in the dance are setting records for length of a road trip...The Seminoles left Tallahassee on March 9th for the ACC tournament and have not returned....

Weeks in hotels on end...quarantining as soon as you hit the hotel, no outside restaurants....etc

In fact, when they first arrived in Indianapolis, they weren't allowed to go outside of their hotel rooms until the entire travel party had tested negative for the corona virus. Multiple times.

If other teams also went from their tourney to Indianapolis.... and they go deep in the tournament, those teams will have a road trip for the ages.

Calhoun always maintained that the further he could get away from the horde, the longer the better.

That's why he favored the West bracket for the NCAAs.

Seeing how some guy tried to kneecap us this year I was reminded of the wisdom in that sentiment.

Agreed it’s effective in certain circumstances....when it’s voluntary. When it’s not, it is painful.
