I vote for Texas...for three reasons:

1) Texas has played a tougher schedule
2) Texas has not played well to date...meaning that it's just a matter of time before they do. Being in a nationally-televised game would be a great game to do so and might inspire them to play at a high level
3) NC State's OOC SOS really needs Texas to win this game!
