Talking to a huge IU fan last night.

I have a good friend who is a die hard Indiana fan. We started taking about this season and that it was in many ways disappointing for both of us.

About ten minutes into it -he started going back year after year - giving me a play by play of his programs attempts to get back into the national picture.

When it was my turn I just looked at him and smiled. I really had nothing to say. UCONN has ruled!

Just thought I would share the moment- compared to IU, Quse even UNC we have simply had a magical run there are programs like Michigan, Ohio State, Texas, Kansas who're considered the cream of the NCAA crop and they can not touch us.

It's Monday. It's raining so I thought I would share my happy moment-why not.

In a decade or so I will be saying all but three or four other programs have had the national success UConn has had. And be ticked UConn did not win Helms Trophies.

It is an imaginary trophy that gives 'cuse fans something to feel good about now that that there only actual national championship is tainted by the fact that they were actively cheating during that year.
