I tell ya. The Big Ten is lucky it didn't come down to Michigan. They would be a really hard team to be a fan of because they do not play smart at all. Reminding us all why they lost to the Scrubs from South Bend.

Michigan used a full court press, something they've never been known for, to come back and take a lead. Then some missed free throws and a failure to get a defensive rebound lets Syracuse tie it up and send it to OT.

At least KBA took them out of the zone, which was giving Syracuse a field day from the 3.

That's two consecutive overtime games where Syracuse has pretty much collapsed.

Michigan defense was unrelenting down the stretch. Syracuse could not handle the press at all.

I seriously cannot remember a time when Michigan used a full court press in any kind of effective way like this. It completely transformed the complexion of this game.

Syracuse has a lot of talent, but their team was just out-muscled by Michigan who was physically much bigger at nearly every position. It really showed up at the end of the game when UM pressed. During the loose ball scrums, the Syracuse kids were bouncing off the UM kids.
