Getting back to being the team that makes other teams fire their head coaches?

Cut the kids that aren't FBS material and replace them with transfers and new recruits. This isn't the time to be nice, this is about the program's survival. We can't carry a roster of D2 caliber players for three more years and have any hope of turning it around. Coach Mora needs to have some frank conversations at season end to give those kids a chance to find new homes.

A bowl game in 2 years and regular bowl games going forward with 1 amazing season sandwiched in there that won't be replicatable due to not being alinged with a p5 conference.

If we trend up, we might be a part of expansion in conversation, but I don't think it happens. Either way, Uconn becomes a little more relavent than it is today and I think the fans will be happier and the recruiting improves.

And lastly, after all this happens, Mora moves on or retires, but leaves Uconn in a much better place and there are no hard feelings.

It’s not under his direct control in the same way offensive and defensive production are.

Community engagement is important but Mora’s job is to coach the team and be the face of the program. He’s not the bleeping box office.

Therefore it’s ridiculous to say that he controls attendance.
We in the state of steady habits reward winning and kick non winning entities into the garbage dumpster. Attendance will never improve until we start winning. That is how we roll here, It s that simple!

Seeing evidence in year one and by year two have an offense that can convert on third down, score 30 points per game, chew up clock and give the D a break as well as put pressure on the opponents offense to keep up. This will get butts back in the seats.
