Like Durham a lot. He is really versatile; lanky, tall, but decent strength, good rebounding, shot blocking. Form on his shot is a little iffy, but he hits from close/mid-range with a little turn around game. Maybe a more natural forward, but can play center for sure. Seems like a more polished (skill-wise) Enoch with a little less strength. Don't think he's exclusive or redundant with Gabriel or our other targets as more of a 4/5 versus 3/4. Think he would be a really good player to add to the front court until we pick up a true big man in 17 (Zach Brown/Ikey Obiagu please). Hope he enjoys his trip to Storrs and the team shows him what it means to be a part of the UConn family.

I'm not really feeling it with Gabriel, would love to lock up Durham and Vance Jackson would also be nice.

Assuming Gabriel, since the same thing was posted in his thread.
Yeah, saw that but didn't see what superjohn said. Thought Zionn came here to say Durham wasn't feeling it with us either after saying next for Gabriel. Now realize that was a response to SJ's comment about Gabriel.

He has the sense to not drop two bombshells in such close succession. That'd be downright cruel.

That's what I meant, I like him as a player but he wants to go to Duke. I think we have a very good chance with Durham, time for Ollie and company to show him what Uconn is all about this weekend.

How is the weather today for Durham's visit? Awfully quiet around here for such a big visit.

This guy would be perfect for offsetting the Gabriel loss. Would make for a great 4 man front court with Enoch, Facey, and Diarra, and would allow Larrier and his backup (Vance Jackson maybe) to have ample minutes at the 3.

Aren't these picks at the start of an official visit usually "just in case" the kids signs during the visit? Any information that the picks are more than that?

Maybe but Jerry is probably the most plugged in on the site

Think in general, getting the first OV is huge.
