I'm assuming he didn't wear "a" Newton jersey... he wore Tristen's actual jersey. Pretty sure he had on Tristen's blue jersey when we wore white in the final 4.

I grew up in Green Bay and follow the team closely. He's a team captain for a reason, and I couldn't think of a better guy hanging around the program in all of sports. Just an amazing human in all regards. He's definitely an added bonus of Newton returning anf if we make another run.

Yeah this was the most incredible thing seeing a multi millionaire football star just waiting in a massive line for the light rail like the rest of us. He ended up waiting on the platform right next to me and as a life long Wisconsinite and GB fan I couldn't pass up asking for a pic. He was super cool about it. Told him how thankful us UConn fans were that Tristen chose UConn.
