Still way in the green after 2014
I smashed UConn at 75-1 in 2014. I placed the bet before the conference tourney even started. I doubled down again when the Final Four started, at 6-1. I had a great time at the parade! I have not bet them to win it all since. I love UConn, but I also somewhat value money. They haven't been a good bet to win it all since then IMO.
I've actually been pretty good at college hoops futures. I had Virgina at 20-1 two years ago and I hit Nova at 20-1 the year they drained that 3 at the end. Last year I had Seton Hall at 70-1, Maryland at 50-1, and Gonzaga at 10-1. Would have loved to see that one play out. I usually bet 3-4 teams for $25 each, and I place them very far in advance to get the best prices/numbers.
