Another great game!

Seattle's Whitcomb got red hot in the second half and single handedly won the game for Seattle with a barrage of 3 pointers. Of course she couldn't have done it without Sue Bird getting her the open shots.

NY was ahead by double digits but Whitcomb got the Storm back in the game and they closed it out.

A couple of UCONN player scares happened in the game also- KML came up lame after she bumped knees with a NY player in the first half but they say it's just a bruised knee. Kiah Stokes also went lame in the second half but returned to finish the game.

I watched some of the replay and hope to watch more. Tina Charles is simply a load. She has so many scoring options. The other CTK player, Sue, makes the right pass at the right time. In one sequence, Kiah got the ball and drove aggressively across the lane and put up a hook shot. I thought it was a great move. The problem was that 7'1" was guarding her. After blocking the shot, Stewie ran downcourt in transition and hit an open 3-pointer. Not many players can make that combination of plays.
