Pitt got 3 teams going nowhere. And getting Miami either means playing a program on the rise or one mired in controversy.

I always find that the more complicated you make things the better. Really helps with marketing and consumer experience.

Honest to god I don't know how folks sit around in a board room and come to the conclusion that stuff like this is a good idea.

B1G needs to go to this format like yesterday. More than enough evidence of whomever wins The East clubbing The West Representative like a baby seal in the championship game.

The problem with the ACC format is the conference championship game. The top 2 conference records play in the game, but that won’t necessarily be the 2 best teams.

Divisions didn't guarantee the 2 best teams either.

Over an 8 game season there is a better chance of at least the best if not the 2 best teams rising to the top rather than hoping the best teams win each division
