The hanging on the rim rule is outdated and arbitrary. I imagine it’s akin to when dunking wasn’t allowed. Get rid of the rule already.

Almost two hours since the OP and no one has critiqued his form on the push ups nor has any fan randomly inserted how many more push ups he can do than Whaley based off what we saw tonight.

This board is getting complacent.

I'm hoping the pushups were more of a "if you miss a layup in practice you owe me 10 pushups" more than a.. "look at my muscling around down low, feed me" type pushups. Either way.. something tells me the refs probably bit their tongues hard not to give him the second T.

The team's motivation and fun factor, as least from what us fans could see, bottomed out at Providence. The team that lost to Providence was just going through the motions and not having fun out there.

Jackson's and Akok's energy and Bouk's return the past two games has really gotten the players looking like they are having fun again.

1) no more pull-ups, that's selfish and I prefer absolute discipline and focus. Have fun after work

2) you can't do push-ups then miss both free-throws. Don't put added pressure on yourself

Except the T for hanging on the rim with no one under you is actually on the books. A T for doing push ups would be arbitrary.
