His numbers are somewhat under whelming. I coach At a top 25 Juco we have played a lot of the same teams he has and his numbers vs those teams are poor. And I didnt Think they had elite bigs. Maybe a lob catcher Big body rim protector. But 1.5 blocks isn’t great.

Interesting. Great gig. His offer sheet is respectable though. Ole Miss, Rutgers (who should be top 5 in Big10 next year)...ETSU (should be ranked at some point next year) and Missouri State the easy favorite to win MVC next year. So even though some heavy mid-major interest these teams are really looking for one more key piece to win a game in the tourney. He reminds me of Robinson Idehen who I think next year will be very good.

My casual newb eyes were impressed by his quick ups, athleticism, and aggression.

Definite Yes as a serviceable backup plan to our main targets?

Not too impressed by that highlight. 12PPG against that competition? Hurley must be seeing something on defense he likes.

I’m not saying no. We played southeastern and marshalltown and while southeastern has some decent bigs Marshalltown had a big stiff. And his numbers vs those two are really bad.

I love Going the juco route. So much talent there. Just gotta find the right guys. Iowa western has only been okay this year.

He is hearing from Saint Louis, Rutgers, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss and a slew of others according to jucorecruiting.com

Big, strong can finish at the rim. His presence alone will make people think twice about going to the rim. I like him as long as we have a scholly to use on him.

He could be a nice project guy like Amida. His frame is completely different though coming in. 6’11” while his strength & conditioning looks great is a good foundation for skill work.

If he was a freshman sure. Someone said 2 yrs eligibility. If that's accurate...

I really hope we hit higher than this.

Rated the 49th best available JUCO recruit and 2nd best Center (though there are several PF’s ranked ahead of him, such as Khadim Sy, who could potentially play the 5)

2019 Top 100 Rankings

Oh no. Those rankings are so bad. Make high school rankings look like an exact science. I just Don’t think they have enough man power on this site to watch everyone. I’m sure a high major will take this dude as a roster filler. Hoping he can defend and rebound.
