The Bluejays were unable to fly through a Red Storm today.

Big takeaway from this game is that we need to take and be able to make those mid-range shots against Creighton if and when we face them again.
With Kalk just stalking the middle. Absolutely need to hit the mid range game. Bring him out and cut to the basket, pick up boards

Didn’t watch…are we capable of doing what St John’s did on defense?
Not sure. If we played like SJ against them the other night, the entire team would be on the bench in foul trouble.

Though there were some stretches they seemed to have a good defensive strategy that gave up few open 3s.

Offensively, they did do damage with their midrange game, which most see as Creighton's weak spot. So maybe Hurley can get them to practice their midrange shots if we end up facing them again.

Welp. I’d have preferred for Creighton to remain the three seed to Marquette's two. Now we could end up facing Creighton, not Seton Hall, in the BET semis if we get there.

WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?!?

YOURE GOING TO BONEYARD JINX THEM WITH YOUR MAGICAL POWERS!!!

Oh wait. Never mind.
At 1:59 pm the game was over, or for all intents and purposes it was over. Unless anyone on the Boneyard has the power to turn back the clock, then there was no jinx to be had.

No "maybe" about it!
