Illinois
@ Pitt
Ohio State @ Louisville
Syracuse @ Purdue
Virginia @ Penn State - this is a "pick em" but like Virginia momentum
Wake Forest @ Minnesota - no blooming clue how to rate these teams this season.
Rutgers @ Boston College

Northwestern @ Duke
Michigan
@ Miami
Maryland @ Notre Dame
North Carolina @ Indiana
Nebraska @ Virginia Tech
NC State

Florida State @ Wisconsin

Nebraska/Virginia Tech has me intrigued because of the match up between Markowksi and Kitley. That could be a fun battle in the paint.

Wow, I have to say they did a good job with the matchups-crummy team vs. crummy team, good team vs. good team, very good team vs. very good team and then there's the "oh yeah the smart schools have basketball team don't they-too bad they are relevant" Duke vs. Northwestern....Sorry @triaddukefan I had to do it.....

IS @triaddukefan really keeping a tabulation of our choices or is this solely a theoretical excercise?

Asking for a friend who would submit his choices if tabulated...

Why I go with Dark Theme on the Boneyard.
I hear you. I rarely use dark mode with anything though. The only exception is Twitter and I'm not sure why when I don't with the rest of my apps.

Looks like Illinois gets the first win of this season Big Ten/ACC challenge.

Also, of note, Jacy Sheldon for OSU is warming up and no longer in a walking boot after missing the last two games.

Ohio St is brutal to play against. Just extremely potent offensively but they are so relentless pressing you all game. They weren't far away from making the elite 8 last year and look even better this year.

Between last night and tonight...I'm thinking of drafting a letter to the Commissioner to propose sending both Louisville and Syracuse back to the Big East

Won't mail it until after the Duke-Northwestern game... just in case

Can't wait to listen to Jeff Walz post game presser
I would just go up and down his slide a couple of times. Louisville looked like they were running on quick sand.

My goodness, how drastically did Ohio State turn the tables on Louisville after the half? The press just wore them down.

Down 8 at the half, OSU used a 26-14 in the first 9 minutes of the 2nd half to take the lead, and after Louisville evened the score early in 4Q, OSU then finished the last 9 minutes on a 31-12 (!!) run. Just a bucketload of 3s and points off turnovers and fast breaks.

Did the EXACT same thing to TN in the season opener. They really do wear you down a lot. When Miksell and Sheldon are hitting on all cylinders, thats going to be a tough team for anyone to beat.

Sheldon looked pretty dang good coming back from the injury. IMO Ohio St is taking it up a notch more with what they have gotten from Mikulasikova this year. She is drastically improved.

Also, for a team that relies so much on pressing, it's pretty amazing that OSU only went 7 players deep.

Scoring leaders:
Mikesell 26
Sheldon 22
Mikulášiková 21

I think everyone knew about Sheldon and Mikesell, but Rebeka Mikulášiková's performance in big games has really been a difference maker.

I forget who, but someone on this board, has raved about Mikulášiková since last season. Then this season said she’s the most underrated post (in the big ten or nation, I can’t remember). I didn’t fully buy that but she’s worked this season.

As someone who has season tickets to OSU games, I’ve spent many games shaking my head at some of her decision making in the past, but she clearly improved her fitness and worked hard this off season to be a solid contributor so far.

So you're getting rid of Louisville but keeping Pitt and Boston College?

Not complaining ... I don't think the Big East wants either one of them back anyway.
