No, not if you have a cable package that includes ESPN. Just go to watchespn and select the UConn game and it'll give you the option to enter your cable company's username/password.
I'm pretty sure you just need a broadband internet connection with a provider that ESPN supports. You log into the ESPN app with those credentials. I don't think you have to have a TV package for ESPN3 content, but I suppose that could have changed over the years. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
