I'm watching that horror-show tonight, and on Wagner's defensive end of the floor every time a shot goes up every green shirt on the floor is sticking their butt on a white shirt, and they're grabbing rebounds. We got a few offensive boards, but for a bigger and (allegedly) more athletic team not enough.
On our defensive end? No block outs, just jumping and reaching. Wagner should have never gotten an offensive board. They got 9, and this smaller, less athletic team out rebounded the bigger, more talented team. Rebounding is about desire and effort on the offensive end and technique and effort on the other end. That's on coaching.
