Susie closes out the first half with a pull-up jumper against Indiana yesterday. The shot came from the left elbow, as did the famous shot over Ruth Riley in the classic 2001 Big East Championship. Sue had 8 assists, her per game average his season. Sixteen years later, Sue still has it. Seattle is 4-1.

Indiana vs. Seattle - Game Recap - May 28, 2017 - ESPN

Sue has 24 points in 3 games this season. That puts her at 5,571 for her career, tying her with Delisha Milton-Jones for 9th all time in the WNBA.

She also has 24 assists this season. That gives her 2,459 for her career. The WNBA record is 2,592 by Ticha Penicheiro. Sue needs 133 to tie the record, which she should do this season if she stays healthy. She leads Lindsay Whalen by about 240.

Dee has 51 points this season. That puts her at 7,362, or 126 short of Tina. That should take about 7-8 games.

My error on Sue's stats. I didn't realize that the WNBA career stats are up to date. I thought they were through last season only. Subtract 24 assists and 24 points from the totals I listed for Sue.

My favorite game at Gampel===Sue hit a beyond half court at the HALF buzzer and ended it with a running jumper for the win.
If you Said Sue could jump tall buildings with a single bound--I'd agree
