The crowd looked fine today on TV and the audio feed had a constant buzz. Only the top corners were empty- and that's common for most college games nowadays.
That was one of the best games ever in our stadium. I have no idea how many fans wound up showing up but the fans who did, really turned it into a true home field advantage.
That was the most energy in the Rent since '10 at least. It was palpable. The crowd was going nuts when we scored on that flea flicker though the energy got sucked out with the kickoff return TD. But we kept screaming our heads off and my voice is pretty much gone but IT WAS SO WORTH IT. Best home game in so long.
It was a solid crowd. They spontaneously kicked it up many notches for those last two UH possessions. That was very cool, it's those moments when being there is especially worth it. It's a thrill.
