Quite impressive for a lanky kid from Southwick, MA to reach the point where she can have a 1-on-1 interview with the commander-in-chief on national television!

I recall Geno once being quoted as saying that he thinks Rebecca would have succeeded at whatever she did, even if it wasn't basketball or wasn't UConn, but that he hoped he had been able to add a small bit to the success she would have achieved anyway.

I think it's safe to say that without his (and the UConn program's) contribution, what happened today for Rebecca would not have been possible.

Whatever political stripe, one thing I think is true - the President carries off these 'informal' moments very well. They can be cringe worthy but he really seems to enjoy himself.
