Wow, that would be a huge pick up for the LT, though it looks like a B1G school is stepping heavy into the mix

Hoping we can finally close the deal on a situation like this... It's gonna be extremely HARD to right now (our resume hasn't been so good lately)... but maybe we can convince this young man he'd be a little more valuable here than against a bunch of other 3, 4, 5 star OL that they already have there.....

It seems with Dixon we have 31 new scholarship players this year, leaving us with 1 more space under the annual cap....that is assuming we havent been able to back slide any of the Jan early enrollees to the prior year cap...something that is never really disclosed to the public.

Also of note, we are now at 79 scholarship players for fall. Maybe a WO or two gets a scholly this summer... haven't heard anything, but the stage seems set to make that happen for one or two.

I think we end up filling the last 6 spots with late transfers. There is now a thing called blue shirt which is a way skirt the annual max rules. If a player isn't an "official" recruit then they can be put on scholarship on their first day on campus and not count towards the 25/32 limit. An "unofficial" recruit doesn't take an official visit paid for by the school nor was visited at home by the school. New Mexico St has utilized this in the past.
