And, FSU already has 2 RBs committed for 2018.

They always superstack (the high tier P5 schools) at positions of strength...

With what we did at QB in this class, looks like we're about to start that trend as well. We need to... or else we'll be that same old wanna be P5 school that just does things their own way, which has gotten us nowhere...

With the recent additions in our Athletic Department, I think we finally woke up.... Hopefully we are that sleeping giant I always thought we had the potential to be 10 years ago...

BCU has a weird recruiting class. 5 QBs, 3 Pro-style and 2 Dual threat. Only 2 OL and 2 DBs if you count Sebastian as a DB, one DE and 2 very late 2-star DTs

not that UConn wouldn't have take most of these commits, but it is just a weird breakdown by position.

Recruiting Note: #UConnFootball signed 3 QB's for 1st time since 2013 class (Boyle, Taylor & Lagow). Pindell comes w/2 years of eligibility <--we must hold on to all three this time! And talent wise, is it even close which three are better at this stage?

This kid started as a 4 star, I believed P offered him after his freshman year. I think he was the cousin of Robert Washington who also had a weird recruitment.

FWIW, Ian Swenson comes from a hell of a program(Loyola Acad.). State title 2 years ago, runner up this year. I think they've lost 5 games in 4 years. And Quayvon Skanes RS Frosh was QB on the first Chicago public school(Phillips) team to win a state title in 40 years(14-0). Skanes was a blur in HS. Very fun to watch. Hopefully he has added some weight and we'll see him in the slot and returning punts. I hope RE2 keeps recruiting Chicagoland. Plenty of talent and the state school is not a big draw.
