USA BB does a poor job with "Live data"........Where is the All Access?

What's disappointing is the information the Pat McKenna;Director of Communications for Women's BB provides. IMHO he relies on the horde to get out stories about current or former players. Schools such as Duke, ND and lately UCLA do a much better job using social media to publicize events, stats and accomplishments of current/former players.

The coaching staff doesn't use social media that much either in comparison to other schools.

I suspect that the end of day 3 was a mass exodus to various modes of transport as everyone hightailed it out of Vegas so interviews were probably a no go. Was hoping USA basketball would have some more pictures posted today and maybe a wrap-up story, but ... not that surprised. Have to wait for the hoard to talk to the Uconn folks when they return.
As for the social media stuff ... meh. And McKenna is probably occupied with providing the hoard with the information and allowing them to provide the information to us.

If what you say is accurate about McKenna, then his department should at least tweet out the links to the blogs/articles that the horde write. Many fans, recruits and others interested in the program would have an easier time finding the articles etc. They don't even tweet out links when there is new information available on UConnhuskies.com concerning the women's team.

Add Chiney, Bria, Chelsea, and maybe 1-2 others, and you have a nice 10-player AA team.

Pokey had those 3 players plus Swin and lost in the first round. Not good!

They wonder why WBB is suffering in appeal, attendance and bringing out new fans to the game....
