Here's where our first four opponents ranked in three point distribution (offense) and adjusted efficiency (defense):

Iona: 280/74
St. Mary's 157/9
Arkansas: 358/17
Gonzaga: 306/73

Miami: 259/104

We are 68/11. 3&D is modern basketball. Anything can happen, but I'm not worried.
And if IF we don’t have hawk at 100% you’d figure we are around 110/30? Still dangerous. But with enough to push our offense with little to no change aside from personnel

Scroll down to the caption below the photo - it says UConn "faces No. 5 seed Houston on Saturday night," instead of Miami. That's what I was referring to.
Maybe they fixed it then because it says Miami for me

Huh. This text is a lot different. I didn't click on the story itself, I just viewed the Joe Arruda tweet image ThatGuy posted and quoted that. If you expand the text in my post, can you see the caption I'm referring to? It starts with, "UConn's Final Four run is a celebration of where the program once was." It's possible the Courant didn't actually write that. The formatting is a little odd.

Unbelievable

No matter what people think about Jeff Goodman and how much they hate him, we have to give him credit for this take. He is 100% correct. There is no reason Jeff Anderson should be officiating a UConn game. I don’t even think he should be at the Final Four. I was reading somewhere the sports books will lose big if UConn wins NCAAT. I am not a conspiracy buff, go look at my posting history and you will see that, but moving Jeff Anderson to the FAU-SDSU game is easy.

It’s really inexcusable, SMH

Worried about foul trouble (was worried before we got Anderson reffing) and turnovers. Obviously Hawkins being 100% goes without saying.

If UConn is the remaining heavy favorite how would the books lose if they won?

I think a lot of futures bets are on UConn, too. If I could find the article I would post it here. The sports book operator explicitly stated their sportsbook would lose big if UConn wins the tournamen.
