Purdue has bases loaded nobody out bottom 3rd. A single, followed by a throwing error by Butler (P) Fielding a bunt, followed by a HBP (2nd batter Butler has hit so far). Purdue hits into a DP, scoring a run and taking a 3-2 lead w/ 2 outs. Followed by a ground out to end inning. God job pitching and fielding out of a jam.

Was this game originally scheduled for 10? Could have sworn it was at 1. I'm heading to the XL center now so I'll be missing the rest of the game. Hopefully we can get some more offense.
Verdi throws out runner at home to end the 4th inning. UConn has committed 3 errors allowing 1 unearned run. Score still 3-2 Purdue after 4. UConn hasn't had a hit since top 1st. They're due.
Not sure when it was scheduled to start originally. Maybe was moved up to 10am due to Purdue and Cinci making up their rain out later tonight. Cinci is also playing now, losing to Indiana 3-0 in the 4th.
