Helpful that we are making them use the bullpen arms already (second pitching change so far).

Toppa has indeed had a few hits of late, that is a welcome change. Yahn's bat has been heating up lately as well. In addition, I like seeing Kenny Bergmann getting a chance in the lineup, and getting on base a couple of times today.

Cate gets out of a jam in the top of the 6th, and in the process gets his 8th and 9th strikeouts of the game.

What a transformation Susi has made... 2 run bomb. 3 RBI's today.

Bottom of 6th, Prato walks, Susi drives him in with a homer to give UConn a 6-2 lead. 9th homer of the season for UConn, and two home runs in two days at JO Christian this season for the Huskies.

Easy 1-2-3 7th inning for Cate, who now has 10 strikeouts. He is well over 100 pitches on the day, so that might be it for him.
