Important win for UConn's NCAA tourney resume, as UConn doesn't have many wins against RPI top 50 opponents.

The luxury of scoring 1+ runs on one swing is nice. I wish we had even a little bit of power. UConn ranks 275 out of 295 in homeruns and 213 out of 295 in slugging percentage.

All the more reason to limit mistakes in the field and on the base paths. Unfortunately for us we are a bit deficient in those areas as well.

This morning Tulane's RPI is clocking in around 77. The Green Wave has had a big run since mid March, when their RPI was hanging around in the mid 200's.
