Good start to the season last night with Kemba's theatrics. Gay somewhat struggled on 5-15 shooting last night and Andre had a quiet game with 11-9 but he is already showing an improved post game. He is playing against Minn. tonight in a good matchup vs. Pekovic. NBA League pass free trial continues.

A lot of people love to compare Drummond to Dwight Howard, but I think their games are more different than most realize. Dwight's never been very efficient operating outside the low post, while Drummond actually seems more comfortable facing up and attacking. He reminds me a little of Amar'e Stoudemire.

A lot of people love to compare Drummond to Dwight Howard, but I think their games are more different than most realize. Dwight's never been very efficient operating outside the low post, while Drummond actually seems more comfortable facing up and attacking. He reminds me a little of Amar'e Stoudemire.

From an athleticism standpoint, I definitely agree. However, Amar'e was a savant on the offensive end, and I don't think Drummond is nearly that skilled. On the other hand, Stat was always a somewhat disappointing rebounder, and Drummond might be literally the best rebounder in the game.

Drummond just picked up 3 fouls in a minute, was also in foul trouble last night, he simply has to play smarter. I can't stand the Pistons roster, Smith and Jennings are garbage.

I'm sure he'll lose some, but if he can be an instant offense guy, he'll carve out a role. Was worried his career was over at the end of last year.
