Are ALL of Gabby's missed FTs off the BACK rim? Seems like it.

Any time a commentator can insert the word palindrome in a broadcast, automatically gets an A++ for creativity. P Ward said it when the score was 61-16.

How was Ekmark AZ player of the year last year if she didn't play her senior year???

She wasn't last year but the year before.
In the 2013 state tournament, she broke her nose in the
1st quarter of the 1st game of the tourney but still
went on to average 21.5 points in four wins en route to the
title.

Did they say what the lime green ribbons signify?

Great question! Every coach is wearing one ( CD with a lime green shirt) and the announcers don't even mention what they are for.....

Found this on the Clemson site:

Head Coach Audra Smith and her staff will wear lime green ribbons in order to stand together with many coaches around the nation in a show of support for Kent State Women's Basketball Coach Danielle O'Banion, who is fighting stage II lymphoma.

K is scoring more than a point per minute in each of the past 2 games.

Yeah, Kiah had 14 boards. And she took 8 shots, but hit only 2.

With all respect I disagree with Rebecca Lobo who is number one player in the WCBB.

She MAY be the hardest to defend, but Stewie's defense is really good. I thought Stewie looked very good today.

I agree. Everyone is so locked into points scored.

Yeah. Jewell is really good and very exciting. Both Jewell and Stewie have had a few off-games. Overall, I think it close in terms of who the NPOY should be.

I think Rebecca is trying her darndest to appear impartial and avoid dumb suggestions of being a homer. Deep down I'd bet her #1 is Stewie.
