I think it wouldve been smart for amida to work on 2 post moves. Just using his athletic ability to score limits him. Hes going to be a first rd pick next year--but how high will be determined by skill appreciation.

All those pounds meant nothing for Nolan last year. Let's hope that AB get more ROI.

I would be weary of mentioning nolan in the same breathe as AB. One is a role player, the other one of our best players and all conference. its not like nolan was super productive as a sophomore, then slumped after the weight gain. he just didn't get better and who knows how correlative that is to his weight gain. Any muscle AB adds is fantastic and should help him get position better on both ends.

Legs still look skinny, so hard to pack on any muscle/poundage in the lower body. He has definitely filled out some in the upper body with his shoulders and chest looking noticeably bigger.

Wonder if the counselors at adidas Nations get measured and have to weigh in. Anyone know?

dont think they do. however this is one of the few events nba scouts can attend according to Givony. both brimah and adams can have their respective draft stocks soar depending on performance.

they should do measurements though.

They haven't in the past, Boat attended in 2012 and 2013 and doesn't have a measurement history in his DX profile. I checked a couple of other players that I know attended with Boat, Jahii Carson and Russ Smith, and they don't have any measurements for the camp either.

I dont know either way. I said I hope he did.
"I wish he would have" implies that he didn't. I get what you meant though obviously.

Notice it in his face first and then a little in the shoulders/arms. Good for him - whether its 15 or not who knows but he's working at it and that's a good sign.

Summer league games are a joke to measure player progress.

Not until I see a post move against a bar stool or a cross over against two folding chairs will I believe.

amida 'my in law' brimah is clearly one of the strangest nicknames manifested here
They're all runners-up to "reach-around bandit."
