the freshman from St. Joseph's of Trumbull had 15 tackles (12 solos) vs. USF.
We never offered.

Granted, I believe he wouldve redshirted this year because of our depth at LB, but I hate to see local kids not get offers from us and then beat us like Mark Harrison again.

Temple took both these guys who didn't qualify academically at UConn. In I don't think Dobbs would have been acceptable to any Big East program. Don't know about Matekevech.
