You can get ESPN3 on Comcast. I see it in the channel line up. Don't know the cost. I have the sports package and it's not in it.

Because of the order television picks the games in. I am surprised it isn't the 330 ESPNU game.

Third tier money should be huge from these games.

Isn't the only Big East tier 3 game of the 4 the UMass game? I wasn't under the impression that the Big East Game of the Week was tier 3 - i thought it was 2.

I have no idea what qualifies for each tier. I was just making a (small) joke due to all the tier commentary lately.

Does that mean the Western Mich game will not be on SNY, only the internet or thats yet to be determined?

Mets play at 1:00 that day. Since SNY will thus be tied up, we might only get internet coverage.

That having been said, it's a MAC game. It is up for anyone who would want to air it in the Northeast to work a deal out with the MAC.

I think you mean Espn3d. Espn3 I believe is Internet only.

If anyone has an Xbox and Xbox live, you can stream ESPN3 on your tv. Just thought I'd share that in case it helps anyone.

You think they will finally start sending the HD production teams to games on SNY?

Those early games are when it's nice to be on the shady side.

Then November comes . . .

People are different. I prefer the weather when I'm skiing, and dressed for cold, than when I'm golfing in August. In November, you bring layers, you bring handwarmers, you sit on a stadium blanket and you ought to be able to be comfortable in the 20s. There is no way to make yourself comfortable in the sunny side of a stadium when it's in the 90s in the grass.

That having been said, if you don't come prepared for a cold day on the press box side, you're screwed.
